Tyrese Haliburton's participation in Game 3 of the Pacers against the Celtics is questionable [Video]

The participation of star point guard Tyrese Haliburton for the Indiana Pacers is questionable for the decisive third game against the Boston Celtics on Saturday due to pain in his left thigh.

Haliburton left in the third quarter of the Pacers' 126-110 loss in Game 2 and was soon ruled out for the rest of the game. Indiana currently trails Boston 2-0 in the Eastern Conference finals and would need to mount an unprecedented comeback if they lose Game 3 at home.

The play that Haliburton came out on didn't look too harsh, but he had been dealing with pain or discomfort earlier in the game. Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle told reporters After the game, Haliburton reported that he had thigh pain during halftime and tried to continue playing despite the pain.

Haliburton left the game with 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting, eight assists and zero turnovers in 28 minutes after posting 25 points and 10 assists in the Pacers' heartbreaking first game.

A hamstring injury is a particular concern for Haliburton, as he missed ten games in January due to a strain of the same hamstring.
